Kids' Day!

My friend Wendy and I had taken off two days last week to go to the Vans Warped Tour, but we decided not to go and instead took the kids for a day trip!


We went to Williamsburg to the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum first! The girls were kinda freaked out at most of the stuff, but Hunter had a blast! He said his favorite part of the whole trip was the laser maze!


Next we went to the Norfolk Zoo! We all had a great time, but it was SO hot! It was 91 degrees and we all felt like we were dying! Lol!


Our plan was to head to the beach after the zoo, but it was SO hot, we decided to find somewhere with AC to cool off for a bit first... what better place than Chuck E. Cheese?!


By the time we were done at Chuck E. Cheese, it was like 5:30 so it was starting to cool down some, so we decided to head to the beach for a little bit since we were so close to it!


We had an amazing day, but I'm definitely glad I was off the next day too, because I was exhausted!
