Hunter and Marissa had a vocabulary parade at their school on Halloween, where they each got to dress up as a word. Marissa was "sparkle" and Hunter was "monstrous." Hunter was so excited to get to wear his werewolf costume to school, especially since they're not allowed to wear costumes, lol.
Aleah's school had their Fall Fun Festival on Halloween morning. I took the day off so I could go and hang out with her. She had so much fun! They had a pumpkin patch where they each got to pick a pumpkin to keep, face painting, bean bag toss, etc!
I let Aleah leave school early after their festival was over and took her home with me. We went to lunch at McAlister's. While we were waiting on our food, I checked Timehop and realized she was wearing the same shirt she had wore the year before on Halloween and that her sister had worn two years before on Halloween, lol!
As soon as the kids got home from school, we got dressed and headed out to start our evening of fun Halloween activities! Aleah was Sofia the First, Marissa was Clawdeen Wolf from Monster High, and Hunter was my very own Jax Teller from Sons of Anarchy! :)
